The Outdoor Journal – May 25 2013
Hopefully everyone had a safe and wonderful May Long Weekend! The weather this weekend is looking promising after a harsh storm earlier in the week. As for the show, we have lots to discuss with great guests.
Tim Danson, a high profile lawyer will be on air to talk about the Ontario Government’s position on allowing unregulated harvesting of fish and game. From Brock University we have mosquito expert Dr. Fiona Hunter with crucial information on what we need to do this year to protect ourselves from ‘nature’s dirty syringes’.
Friend of the show, Jack Summers of Radioworld will drop by to give us a report on last weeks treasure hunt.
Also on the show are Dympna Hayes from Ontario Sea Kayak Centre and Dr. Brent Patterson with the Ministry of Natural Resources. Later in the show we will be travelling with Ray Sapiano to Marten River Lodge in Northeastern, ON at the gateway to Temagami. It’s going to be a great show on a great weekend!
