It’s time for Angelo’s spring fitness tune up. Andrea DiRocco from 121 Fitness in Belleville will be a guest and brings some tips for shoulder strengthening to reduce the chance of injuries due to the constant casting movement while fishing long days.

Marten River Lodge takes customer service to a different level with a 5 Star Rating and Award of Excellence from Trip Advisor. How good is the fishing? So good that Angelo and Pete filmed an episode of Fish’n Canada on the many lakes near this historic resort. Ray Sapiano is the owner of Marten River Lodge and he joins Angelo with a 2018 update.

Erik Tomas loves NASCAR racing. Erik is the host of Raceline Radio, the only Canadian radio motorsports authority. Angelo wants to know if Erik has put the pedal to the metal on a big track like Daytona. MPP Jamie Schmale from the Kawartha Lakes region will join Angelo with his concerns about the lack of action by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, on the low water levels for spawning walleye on the Kawartha Lakes system.
