We’re going fishing at Nipissing Lodge on South Bay at Lake Nipissing. The walleye season is off to a good start and bass season is just around the corner. Tim DeBlock will join Angelo and Pete to talk about all the fishing choices when you fish the big lake! Camp Maple Leaf was founded in 1955 by the Canadian Council of War Veterans and the Toronto Maple Leafs. After being closed for a year, Kim Smith bought the camp and will return it to its former glory for kids from the military, and children with unique needs. Kim is a proud Canadian and he will share with Angelo the camp traditions the kids practice every day at the flag pole!

We’ve all heard the stories that the fishing was so good that they were “jumping into the boat”. Betty DeFord will join Angelo to explain that on her river, the fish do jump into the boat, and it’s a bad thing! Her efforts to kill Silver Carp with the Original Redneck Fishing Tournament are not working, and she believes that her problem will be our problem. It’s just a matter of time! Wil Wegman from Aurora Bassmasters and National Pro Staff will join Angelo to talk about early season bass. Where are the fishing hot spots, and what should you use on opening day in two weeks!
