Amanda Lynn Mayhew is a rising star and spokesperson for women in the outdoors. Amanda is a hunter, loves fishing, rides a motorcycle, and is a fitness model. Are there more women hunting and fishing than in recent years? Amanda is one of the founders for the Ontario Women’s Hunters Association and she has the answer to this question.

Angelo and Pete are headed to Valleyfield Quebec for the Berkley B1 Bass tournament later this month. Ben Woo from WooDoo Fishing, will join Angelo with an update on the two day tournament. Alpine Resort on Rice Lake, is the location for the Go Fish in Ontario segment. Jodi DeJong has some tips for the fall bass and muskie fishermen. Why drive for hours when Rice Lake produces big fish, and is a mere 1 ½ hours from Toronto.

Dawn Whiteside from Coleman Canada has some hot tips for cold fall nights. Coleman make some great products for fall campers and hunters, and Dawn has a special promotion for the listeners of ODJ Radio. Dawn will also provide an update on the charity fun run/hike at Erindale Park in Mississauga, on September 17th. Proceeds from the event will go to Camp Ooch, the children’s camp for kids with cancer.
